Valerie Grimes is the Marketing Director at The Flow Center for Hypnosis, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She has been involved with The Flow Center since January 2001, where she serves as a Director and Clinical Hypnotist. Grimes specializes in helping individuals identify and overcome personal blocks to success through hypnosis and coaching, focusing on aligning desires with beliefs to facilitate achievement without effort.
In addition to her role at The Flow Center, she is the creator of HypnoticTrip.com, which she developed during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. This initiative combines the benefits of nature with hypnosis, offering both virtual and in-person sessions that include guided hikes aimed at self-discovery and empowerment.
Grimes has a background in advertising, having owned her own agency, Alexander/Scot Advertising, for over 20 years. She also has experience in sales and account management, which has informed her approach to hypnosis and coaching. She is certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners since February 2015.1
