Hyeon Shin

Hyeon Shin is the Head of Cloud Transformation Division and Vice President at SK C&C, a holding company of SK Conglomerate where he leads the Cloud Transformation Group.

With vast experience in the technology industry, he spent 13 years at Samsung undertaking roles such as software developer, system engineer, project leader/manager, and technical sales.

Transitioning to Microsoft Asia Pacific in 2006, Hyeon broadened his expertise as a technical evangelist, gaining field experiences in various countries including Korea, SEAs, Singapore, and Australia.

Since 2008, he has held significant positions at Microsoft Korea, serving as an Industry Market Development Manager, Cloud Solution Specialist, B2B business lead, and currently as a director of Cloud Business division.

Noteworthy achievements include developing KT Office 365 Syndication business and establishing cloud businesses with strategic telcos, IDCs, and online gaming companies.

In 2010, Hyeon completed his Executive MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics, majoring in overseas marketing management, further enhancing his business acumen.

Known for his technical sales expertise, infra architecture knowledge, technical evangelism, business development skills, and proficiency in cloud business models, Hyeon Shin is focused on expanding business ventures across the Asia Pacific region.
