Product Review Engineer

•	Make sure remote diagnostics parts are called out correctly through BOMs and/or REIs.
•	Firmware testing for remote diagnostics ECU, CANbus analysis.
•	Electrical supports include troubleshooting and development.
•	Create prototype electrical harnesses for ECU testing purposes.
•	Create and maintain diagnostics electrical schematics and service manuals.
•	Fault codes analysis and review changes to determine impact on trouble trees, and insure consistency is maintained across all ECU’s.
•	Support Over the Air software update project regarding requirements and specifications
•	Support on testing for Diagnostic Assistant and Machine learning project
•	Support on answering customer calls regarding remote diagnostics services.

Electrical Diagnostic Engineer

•	Lead in development and managing of power distribution center (PDC) for KW and PB NGP 2.1m models including fuse and relay callouts and fuse label printing application.
•	Managed lift axle electrical system for KW and PB NGP 2.1m models.
•	Design and release of powertrain electrical harnesses and system diagrams for 2016 and 2017 emission.
•	Act a respresentative for electrical group’s FRACAS items and report weekly progress to KW plants on TOP5 issues.
•	Manage engineering and project management processes to maintain schedule, budget, and functionality. 
•	Support product launch at vehicle assembly plants. 
•	Plan and track validation of components.

Electrical Design Engineer

•	Provide timely support to Production, Quality and Materials related to build issues.
•	Investigate issues to determine root cause and bring issues to closure via corrective actions.
•	Develop short term engineering solutions and containment strategies with Design Engineering to eliminate recurring production line issues.
•	Communicate to production the impact of engineering issues and rework instructions to resolve issue.
•	Communicate chassis image changes verbally, using email distributions, and via utilization of the online defect tracking system.
•	Update management on key issues and impacts to production flow.
•	Document via a corrective action system (FRACAS/PLR), build issues and the corrective actions required to resolve the issues. Ensure that the final chassis image reflects the correct part usage. 
•	Conduct and monitor special studies or investigations relating to assignments requested by the Liaison Supervisor or Resident Engineering Manager.
•	Review upcoming builds to anticipate and mitigate potential production challenges.
•	Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Product Liaison Engineer

•	Paticipate in the 2010 electrical project with chassis wirings responsibility.
•	Design electrical wirings and service diagram for Iteris lane departure warning system  
•	Manage engineering and project management processes to maintain schedule, budget, and functionality. 
•	Plan and track validation of components. 
•	Support product launch at vehicle assembly plants. 
•	Ensure industry leading quality and reliability is met/maintained/exceeded on all components. 
•	Provide interface documentation to wiring design, system architect(s), and mechanical design group. 
•	Experience using Pro-E and Mentor Graphics to create engineering drawings
•	Knowledgeable of Paccar processes such as ECNs, REIs, Bill of Material and Selection logic.
