Huub van Verseveld

Huub van Verseveld is a seasoned organizational and operational transformation expert with vast experience in the energy and construction industry. He is passionate about driving change in companies through people, and he excels at translating vision and strategy into actionable steps. He graduated Cum Laude from Delft University of Technology with an MSc in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, and also completed an MBA at INSEAD. He has held various positions in leading consulting firms, such as McKinsey & Company, where he served as an Engagement Manager and Associate Consultant. Additionally, he was a Graduate/Junior Researcher at Deltares, as well as an Intern at Royal Haskoning Indonesia. He completed a three-month master's project at Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción in flood defense strategy for the Greater Concepción.
