Hunter Soper is an experienced leader with a talent for creativity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Known for being highly competitive, self-motivated, intuitive, and a dedicated learner, Hunter has demonstrated a proven track record of driving significant change for both internal and external stakeholders.

Educationally, Hunter attended Prestonwood Christian Academy before pursuing a BA in Mass Communications and Graphic Design at Ouachita Baptist University.

In terms of professional experience, Hunter has held various roles, including serving as an Assistant Construction Manager at Tri Pointe Homes, an Area Manager at Walmart eCommerce, and roles within Kimberly-Clark such as Global Communication Services in Enterprise Strategy, Operations & Capability, Enterprise Channel Operations, as well as a Corporate Communications Intern.
