Hunter Simpson

Hunter Simpson is a Human Resources professional and USAF veteran currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc.1 He has a diverse background in HR, with experience in various roles within the organization:

1. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (April 2021 - May 2022):

   • Provided support to Donation Services Managers, Retail Managers, and Support Center Managers
   • Led investigations of employee complaints and policy violations
   • Published departmental reports on exit interviews, turnover, and retention
   • Developed and facilitated management training on talent attraction and retention

2. Recruiter and Associate HRBP (July 2019 - April 2021):

   • Established recruiting functions and processes
   • Collaborated with managers on staffing and recruiting plans
