Huican Zhu is a notable figure in the field of technology and venture capital. He is a board member of the UC Santa Barbara Foundation, having joined the board in 2019.124 Dr. Zhu is also a Founder and Managing Partner at AMINO Capital, where he has been involved since 2016.15 His career includes significant roles at major tech companies; he was a pioneer in Google's image search and served as the first Senior Chinese Engineer and Senior Manager at Google.13 Later, he became the Chief Architect and General Manager of Infrastructure at Tencent from 2010 to 2012.13
