Hugo Vaz embarked on his career in the hospitality industry by managing his own business for 8 years. This experience allowed him to empathize with people, understanding their moods as they walked through the door.
He then transitioned to BEBINTER, managing the Burgos capital and northern province territory for 4 years. Focusing on positioning the brand (Ambar), expanding into an untapped market, and collaborating with various partners to grow both in terms of numbers and revenue. He was in charge of financial control, constantly driven by objectives, and always seeking to break out of his comfort zone.
Currently, he holds the position of Sales Manager. His responsibilities include overseeing yearly budgets, developing and presenting commercial plans, managing a sales team (4 commercial agents under his supervision plus an independent distributor), negotiating with clients, and handling operations and contracts.
Hugo's life philosophy is rooted in complete dedication to his work, fueled by ambition, dedication, and humility. For him, there is nothing better in life than doing what you love, which, in his case, involves interacting with people and bringing smiles to their faces.
