    Hugo Dupuis is a committed entrepreneur with a focus on food innovation for sustainability.

    His educational background includes a DUT in Biological Engineering with a specialization in Food and Biological Industries, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, and Nutrition from IUT Nancy-Brabois.

    He furthered his education with an M2 degree in Food Sciences with a specialty in product development from AgroParisTech and completed a Master's in student entrepreneurship at Université Paris-Saclay.

    Hugo also gained international experience through an Erasmus exchange program in Food Technology at Wageningen University & Research.

    In terms of professional experience, he serves as the Co-Founder and CTO of Umiami, focusing on 100% meatless product development.

    His previous roles include being a Signataire at Pour un réveil écologique, Assistant Portfolio Manager Europe & Sensory Design at Danone, and involvement in Association Management at AgroVéloCity Asie.

    Hugo Dupuis has also worked as a Trainee at CSGA (Centre for Taste and Feeding Behaviour) at Inra, an Apprentice Engineer in R&D at CréaDrinks, and interned in the Quality Department at Nestlé Waters.
