With a solid foundation in entrepreneurship, Hugo launched an Insurance General Agency in the early 1990s with Guardian Life, where he served as the COO for branches in LA & Orange County, overseeing significant growth and expansion.
During his tenure as the LA Branch Sales Manager for Transamerica Insurance from 1985 to 1994, Hugo demonstrated his leadership skills by leading the branch to the top rank out of 110 branches.
