Hugh Perry

Hugh Perry is an experienced Environmental Health & Safety leader with a background in Building Materials and Transportation. He successfully managed permitting and compliance for numerous Intermodal terminals across the United States and Canada.

At CSX Transportation, Hugh led the implementation of storm water plans, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations during his tenure as Manager of Environmental Programs.

Prior to that role, he served as the Environmental Director for the Concrete Group at Florida Rock Industries, Inc., overseeing environmental compliance issues for over 70 locations in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. He also designed training programs to educate staff on environmental compliance and assisted in safety and accident investigations.

Hugh Perry's specialties include Management, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, and Safety. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, an MBA in Business Administration and Manufacturing Management, as well as additional certifications in Chemistry and Sales/Interface Engineering.

Throughout his career, Hugh has held various roles in prominent organizations such as Titan America, CSX Transportation, and Florida Rock Industries, Inc. He has also worked as a Consultant and held engineering positions at QST Environmental Inc, Marc Engineering Group, Inc, and RSDI Environmental, Inc.
