Hugh's career began at top public relations firms in the UK, where he worked as a senior account manager before moving into marketing and innovation roles. He has held positions as Head of Marketing, Digital Incentives at Nokia, as well as Head of Ad Innovation and Head of Product Marketing and Innovation at News UK. Hugh has also worked as a commercial advisor at the University of Oxford and founded his own consulting firm, Gameface Associates Ltd., before eventually becoming a search consultant and talent lead at Tribal Solutions, Learnerbly, and now, Tribetech.
Hugh's educational background includes studying at Mill Hill School and earning a 2.1 in International Business with Modern Languages at the University of Plymouth. He is passionate about using his skills and experience to help clients shake up their industry or create a tangible human impact that drives success.
