Hugh Leslie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brokering public D&O and P&C insurance for over 1,500 Life Science & Technology companies.

He has led a team of 52 individuals, specializing in guiding companies from startup stages through to IPO and product commercialization.

Over the past decade, Hugh has been involved in the successful execution of more than 173 IPOs and currently oversees insurance placements for 1,000+ clinical trials annually in over 75 countries.

Hugh Leslie has significant market expertise with direct access to U.S., London, Bermuda, and Ireland markets.

His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Organizational Leadership from Miami University.

Prior to his current role, Hugh held key positions such as Principal and Life Science & Technology Practice Director at Marsh McLennan Agency, as well as roles at Indio Technologies Inc., Anthem Inc., and the Adecco Group.
