He was a Co-founder and COO of the Volante Group and played a pivotal role in turning the company into Australia's leading listed IT infrastructure, professional service, and outsourcing solutions provider. With his extensive IT, investment, digital, and electronic security skills, Hugh was Global Chief Investment Officer at Investible, a global seed-stage investment firm that provides entrepreneurial support to startups. His experience extends to both private and public companies, where he has successfully led transformation challenges and worked with stakeholders to set and execute strategies, making him an effective change management expert.
