He holds degrees in MM and Performer's Certificate in Percussion Performance from the prestigious Eastman School of Music, as well as a degree in BMEd in Music Education from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Howard has an extensive history of working with renowned organizations, showcasing his expertise as a Music Coordinator for various productions across the entertainment industry.

He has held roles such as Music Coordinator for 'COMPANY the Musical', 'A CHRISTMAS CAROL Broadway', 'MEAN GIRLS National Tour', 'Radio City CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR', 'ALADDIN - THE MUSICAL', 'HERCULES', 'BAT OUT OF HELL NY', 'BEETLEJUICE the Musical', and many more.
