Howard Glenn

Howard Glenn is the Vice President of Talent for New Capital Partners, a Private Equity firm in Birmingham. With a decade of experience in recruitment, assessment, and leadership consulting for PE firms and high-growth businesses, Howard is a seasoned professional in talent management.

Prior to joining New Capital Partners, Howard co-founded Tuesday Advisors (previously Leadhr), a reputable talent advisory firm. He also has a background in non-profit work, having co-founded Watsi, the first non-profit organization to participate in the Y Combinator program.

Howard Glenn holds an International MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Darla Moore School of Business. He also completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with focuses on Finance and Spanish at North Carolina State University.

Throughout his career, Howard has held key roles in various organizations, including Managing Partner at Heritage Executive Search and Managing Consultant at TritonExec. He has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for WillyGoat Toys and Playgrounds.
