Houston Haynes is a well-rounded individual with a diverse educational background and extensive work experience in various industries.
Graduating from Palmdale High School in 2012, Houston started his career path as a Barista at Starbucks in Alameda, California, eventually moving back to Southern California to attend Pierce Community College in Woodland Hills.
At Pierce College, he excelled both academically and athletically, earning a Division 1 football scholarship while obtaining his AA degree in General Studies. During this time, he held multiple jobs, including roles as a Barista at Starbucks, a Valet for Townepark, and a Revive Specialist at Living Spaces.
In 2015, Houston continued his educational journey by transferring to Colorado State University (CSU) where he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Ethnic Studies and a Minor in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.
Aside from academics, Houston was actively involved in mentorship programs for younger students, such as the John Mosley Leadership Program, and engaged in various organizations like FCA, AIA, and UMC, all while playing football for the Colorado State Rams.
Houston was not only dedicated to his academics and extracurriculars but also participated in unique programs like CSU's Green N Global service abroad initiative in Jamaica.
In 2017, Houston graduated from CSU with a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences and Business, marking the culmination of his formal education.
Currently, Houston's aspiration is to establish businesses that foster community growth, provide second chances to individuals seeking change, and offer opportunities to underprivileged youth.
Throughout his professional journey, Houston has gained experience in various roles ranging from Recruitment Coordinator to Operations Specialist, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in different work environments.
