Hossein Tabriziani, MD, FACP, FASN, FAST is the Senior Medical Director of Organ Health and Transplant at Natera.4 He is a transplant nephrologist with extensive experience in the field of organ transplantation.14
Dr. Tabriziani completed his medical education at Iran University of Medical Sciences, followed by an internal medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College in New York.12 He then pursued fellowships in Nephrology and Hypertension at Georgetown University and Kidney and Pancreas Transplant at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF).12
Prior to joining Natera, Dr. Tabriziani held positions as an associate professor and Medical Director of Out-patient and Specialty Clinics at Loma Linda University, and as the Medical Director of Pancreas Transplantation at Westchester Medical Center, New York Medical College.1
Dr. Tabriziani is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.2 He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), American Society of Nephrology (FASN), and American Society of Transplantation (FAST).14 He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and is a well-known speaker in his field.15
