Hossein Estiri
Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School
Hossein Estiri is an accomplished professional with a solid educational background in urban design, planning, and medicine.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Washington in the Interdisciplinary PhD Program in Urban Design and Planning, a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Tehran, and a BA in Urban Design and Planning from the University of Art, Tehran.
Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, contributing his expertise in medicine and urban planning.
Prior to his current role, Hossein Estiri held positions as an Instructor in Medicine and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.
He also has experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The Institute of Translational Health Sciences at the University of Washington.
His diverse background and experience in academia and research have equipped him with a unique perspective on interdisciplinary approaches to healthcare and urban development.
