As a first-generation son of Jamaican immigrants, he was born in Bronx, New York, and raised in Jamaica, Queens, experiencing the rise of violence in the 1980s.

Hope has a strong background in education, having served as a college Academic Dean, signing hundreds of college diplomas, and mentoring students and clients for success.

Passionate about STEAM education, he believes in integrating all subjects in a holistic way to provide career and life readiness for youth and help them understand new technologies.

He holds degrees including a PhD from Liberty University, Ed.S. from Liberty University, M.B.A. from Le Moyne College, and B.A. from City University of New York-Hunter College.
