Her background includes managing a health education program at Harvard, developing strategies for various entities including USAID, NASA, OSCE, and the UN, and overseeing global teams in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

She excels in project and initiative management from conceptualization to implementation, organizing high-profile events, and nurturing strategic relationships with partners, stakeholders, users, and affiliates.

Currently, Hope holds a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and carries extensive educational credentials, having studied Philanthropy, Media, and Non-Profit Management for her MS at Suffolk University and Communications for her BA at the University of Maryland.

Among her notable roles, she has served as the USAID DEVELOP Results Lead at Bixal, worked as a Consultant in International Development Management and Communications, held positions at USAID, USDA, Harvard University, NASA, and various other prestigious organizations specializing in communication, international relations, and program management.
