Hongyu Jin

Hongyu (Howie) Jin is an early career researcher with a strong background in research and teaching. He holds a Master of Science (MS) in Construction Economics and Management from UCL with Distinction and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Construction Management from Deakin University. Howie has worked at various organizations including Victoria University as a Research Associate, SJ Container Building as a Project Manager, Deakin University as a Sessional Tutor and Research Assistant, OneClass as a Remote Tutor, Riverina Oils as a Marketing Research Analyst, Weijian Construction Co. as a Project Manager, and the Bureau of Land and Resources as a Land Surveyor. He possesses proficiency in statistical analysis, game-theoretic modeling, infrastructure research, and project management. Howie is known for his ability to present complex material clearly and persuasively, along with his strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. He is a reliable team player with excellent communication and written skills.
