Holly Chen

Holly Chen is the Managing Partner and Interim CMO at ExponentialX, a Marketing and Growth Advisory Collective focused on high-growth SaaS startups. She has extensive experience in growth and marketing, having worked with notable companies such as Slack, Google, Loom, Miro, and ServiceNow. At Slack, she played a key role in growing the company from $100 million to $700 million in annual recurring revenue and taking it public. Prior to her work at Slack, she was the Head of Growth at Google Retail, where she launched the Google Store in 24 countries and contributed to the launch of products like Pixel and Google Home.123

Holly Chen is also an active angel investor and a Co-Active Coach, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She founded Ceiling Breakers, a leadership fellowship for underrepresented leaders. Holly holds a Master's degree in European and Eurasian Studies from George Washington University and is fluent in Italian and Chinese.13
