I manage a team responsible for working B2B to on board major provider content, dynamic ad insertion (DAI), analytics (Adobe, Nielsen, Comscore), and other programming features. Program managing software development and systems integration projects with complex technical, analytical, organizational and communication skills. I report to executive level management on progress, timelines, budget, risks, and wins. Negotiating, utilizing analytics and research, and building relationships with key providers like Disney, NBC, Fox, and others, are key to the success of my team. SAFe 4.0 Agile leader certified.

Senior Engineering Program Manager

Responsible for all online directives including email marketing, paid search, SEO and organic traffic, website content, affiliates, social media, demand generation programs and events. I also manage customer loyalty/referral program. I worked directly with the executive team to create effective marketing strategies and manage budgets. From 2013 to 2015 revenues increased well over plan while maintaining an above plan profit margin. As a team we launched our first subscription program in 2014.

Responsible for directing the company marketing plan including all public relations, website, email, social media and events for Vandor, a licensed consumer products company. I redesigned the company website and online catalog within my first six months of employment, yielding 30% growth during its first year. I implemented aggressive email and social media programs. Email campaigns grew to drive over 35% of all website sales. Responsible for web content, social media, product catalog, and sales materials. I managed SEO and web analytics. Also responsible for trade shows, budgets and direction to outside advertising and PR agencies.
