Hodges Markwalter

Hodges Markwalter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and wealth management. He attended Marist School for high school and then joined the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where he graduated in finance. His academic achievements also include a freshman summer course in London.

Markwalter began his professional career as a student clerk at Notre Dame Development Office before holding several internship positions, including at Hodges Warehouse + Logistics and UBS. He then joined CIBC as a Summer Analyst and later SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Investment Banking Analyst - Equity Capital Markets, where he supported the development and execution of capital raising and M&A transactions.

Currently, Markwalter serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Viva Finance, where he oversees capital deployments and system and risk management. Additionally, he has a long-standing interest in American football, serving as a Notre Dame Football Student Recruiting Assistant during his undergraduate years.
