Hitesh Sethia

Hitesh Kumar Sethia is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jio Financial Services (JFS), with the appointment effective from November 15, 2023, for a term of three years.145 The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved his appointment on April 24, 2024.145

• Sethia is an accomplished businessman with over 20 years of experience in financial services across Europe, Asia, and North America.16
• Before joining Jio Financial Services, Sethia served as the Head of Financial Services at Reliance Industries since January 2023.3
