Hitesh Dhankani

Hitesh Dhankani, a senior professional and entrepreneur with almost two decades of experience in real estate, banking, and financial services, has achieved an impressive track record in the capital raising, research, asset management, and global distribution of these industries. He is the co-founder of Analah Capital, a technology-based platform to distribute financial services, taxation, and real estate, and the CEO of Analah21, an online global distribution platform for real estate, investments, immigration, and technology. Dhankani expands his influence as the Director with NRIA, a US-based real estate fund for Asian operations.

Before Analah, Dhankani worked at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance as a senior principal and business head where he initiated fundraising across venture capital funds, alternate investment fund, and PMS Strategy. He structured and raised the "Mumbai Redevelopment Fund" intended for slum development and society redevelopment opportunities in Mumbai. Dhankani has also founded and managed "Brickex," a B2B aggregator of residential, commercial, and mortgage business in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Dhankani's expertise also extends to real estate research, with over 500 residential, commercial, and hotel projects in Tier I cities covering more than $5 billion.

Dhankani's experience with well-known organizations like HDFC Bank, Reliance Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, and US Prudential (Pramerica) Mutual Fund, for their Indian operations enhances his versatility in the banking and asset management industry.

Dhankani graduated with system management courses under GNIIT, Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Honors in G.C.A-MDS University, Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Finance at MDS University, and Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta.
