Hiroshi Shibata

Hiroshi Shibata is a Kyiv-based IT entrepreneur with a focus on AI and Blockchain technologies.

With over a decade of experience in investment banking IT, project management, and offshore development in India and Eastern Europe, Hiroshi has established himself as a seasoned professional in the industry.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Southern California, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.

Hiroshi Shibata is the Founder and CEO of Ago-ra IT Consulting and has held various positions in prominent organizations such as Kyiv IT Cluster, TechUkraine, Newsweek Japan, ONLINE Corp, IT Ukraine Association, Neolab, Agora International Holdings, CHI Software, Mobilunity, RBS, Fidelity Investments, and SunGard (now part of FIS).

He has a diverse educational background with studies in the US, UK, and Australia, and has been actively involved in the IT industry since founding his first venture during his student days in 2002.

In 2016, Hiroshi relocated his base to Europe and is currently residing in Kyiv.
