Hiro Nishiguchi

Hiro Nishiguchi is a prominent figure in Japan's startup ecosystem, currently serving as the President of Startup Genome Japan. He has a rich background as a serial entrepreneur, with over 30 years of experience in building and leading organizations across various sectors, including technology and innovation. Nishiguchi has successfully guided multiple companies from their inception to growth and eventual exit, both in the United States and India.24

In addition to his role at Startup Genome, he is also the Managing Director of GEN Japan at the Global Entrepreneurship Network, where he focuses on enhancing entrepreneurial ecosystems.35 Nishiguchi holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, which he completed in 1997.4
