Hiren Thakkar is a self-motivated and analytical executive with 15 years of experience in building and managing technology products and applications.

He has over 12 years of experience in healthcare solutions, supporting various operations such as clinical, actuarial, provider, claims, finance, and digital technology transformation, with a strong focus on product management, technical delivery, and organizational management.

Hiren holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, graduated with honors, and is a Blue Express Development Program Graduate.

His educational background includes a Diploma in Computer Technology from Shah & Anchor Kutchhi Polytechnic, a B.E. in Information Technology from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Babson College - Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Currently, Hiren Thakkar serves as the Director of Data Solutions & Business Intelligence at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. He is also a former Co-founder & Advisor at UrbanPlace.in. Prior to his current roles, he held various positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, including Director of Enterprise Data Solutions Delivery, President of the Asian Blue Community ERG, Sr. Manager of Data Architecture & Analytics, and Data warehouse Architect.

Additionally, Hiren has worked as a Consultant at The Brookeside Group, participated in the Blue Express Development Program, advised Let.Me.Practice, and held software engineering roles at Mastek Ltd, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell.
