Hiran Karandeniya

Hiran Karandeniya is a seasoned Quality Engineering professional with a strong passion for his work. He embarked on his career in this field and has continued to excel while embracing new opportunities.

Hiran holds a BSc Special (Hons) Degree in Information Technology with first-class honors from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology. Additionally, he pursued studies in English Language and Literature at JMC, Gampaha, and completed his earlier education at D.S. Senanayake College in Colombo.

Throughout his professional journey, Hiran has held significant roles within top organizations. He currently serves as an Associate Architect in Quality Engineering at Sysco Labs Sri Lanka. Prior to this position, he garnered experience as a Senior and Lead Quality Engineering Specialist, as well as a Software QA Lead at the same company. Earlier in his career, he contributed his expertise as a QA Lead at Leapset, and as a Senior Software QA Engineer and Software QA Engineer at Aepona. His diverse roles have equipped him with a wide array of skills and experiences in the field of Quality Engineering.
