His expertise spans M&A, IPOs, equities (ECM), and debt (DCM) with a focus on sectors like real estate, telecom, technology, datacenter, logistics, consumer retail, and healthcare.

His achievements include originating investments for private equity (PE) resulting in 10x returns, managing dual-track exit processes for PEs, and successfully leading proxy solicitation in privatisation with over 90% minority shareholders' approval. Hiram has a strong background in conducting detailed due diligence and valuation exercises.

In terms of education, Hiram holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and excelled in GCSE & A-levels with 11 A* & 5A at Lancing College.
