Himel Mondal

Himel Mondal, an accomplished professional, holds a Honours degree in Mechatronics Engineering with Co-op from the prestigious University of Waterloo.

Currently, Himel serves as an Autonomy Engineer at Skydio, leveraging his expertise in the field of robotics and software engineering.

Previously, he co-founded Kiyo Robotics where he also served as a Robotics Software Engineer, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and technical capabilities.

His journey through various tech companies includes roles as Software Engineer - Autonomy at Skydio, Computer Vision Engineer at Anki, Augmented Reality Software Engineer at Placenote, and Rapid Prototype Engineer at Canon Innovation Lab.

Furthermore, Himel has gained valuable experience as a Software Test Engineer at TribalScale and as a Scanning Electron Microscope Assistant Technician at the University of Windsor.
