Himanshu Dogra

Himanshu Dogra is an accomplished Senior Systems Consultant at The University of Queensland. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master's Degree in Information Systems and Management with a Distinction. With a passion for continuous improvement in IT processes, Himanshu has developed and established information security management systems, architectures, strategies, policies, and standards that are aligned with the enterprise IT architecture and business directives. He has also led several IT operational risk management projects, liaised with external and internal audits, and implemented IT process improvements relating to operational management, incident and problem management, and configuration management.

Further, Himanshu has held various roles in technical support, data security, web content publishing and analysis, IT projects management, IT service delivery management, and SAP business analysis, working with well-respected organizations, including IBM, Toyota Motor Corporation, and Microsoft Corporation. Grounded in strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills, Himanshu has leveraged his technical knowledge and expertise to deliver efficient, effective, and appropriate controls and processes for business systems, reducing IT operational risks and achieving overall IT operational efficiencies.
