Himanshu Bharadwaj is an experienced design and strategy leader with a passion for creating scalable and empathetic products for startups and large enterprises.

Throughout his career, he has brought three of the world's first successful digital product innovations to life and has assisted over 25 startups in refining, building, and commercializing their ideas.

Himanshu excels at mentoring and scaling teams, having worked with onsite, remote, and offshore teams of up to 20 individuals.

He is the creator of 'Joyful design', a design thinking process that emphasizes creativity and positivity in product development.

With a background in design direction, team building, mentoring, coaching, recruiting, and hiring, Himanshu brings a wealth of skills to any project.

His expertise includes design thinking, UX strategy, product vision, research and testing, branding, and product marketing.

Himanshu's hands-on approach to design and problem-solving encompasses information architecture, wireframes, visual design, design systems, branding, and marketing communication.

He is passionate about creating innovative and complex digital products and services joyfully and without stress.

Himanshu's education includes a High School degree from St. Francis De Sales School, an M.F.A. in Advertising Design from Syracuse University, and a 5-year Communication Design program with a major in Graphic Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
