Hillary Sprecher is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

With a diverse background in creative production and event management, Hillary has held key roles at renowned organizations. Currently, she serves as the Director of Creative Production at Superfly, where she leads the creative vision and execution of projects.

Prior to her current position, Hillary held the role of Associate Director of Creative Production at Superfly, showcasing her growth and leadership within the company. She also served as a Project Manager in the Creative Production team, demonstrating her organizational and project coordination skills.

Hillary's experience extends beyond Superfly, as she has contributed her talents to other prominent industry players. She worked as a Sponsorship Liaison for Coachella and Stagecoach 2019 at AEG, highlighting her involvement in major music festivals.

Before her time at AEG, Hillary was actively engaged in the music and entertainment scene. She held positions such as Promoter and Project Manager for Festival, Special Events, and Club Bookings at AC Entertainment. Additionally, she served as the Director of Club Night Events and Emerging Artists in North America at Communion Music Group, showcasing her diverse skill set.

Hillary's journey in the industry began with roles that laid a solid foundation for her career. She started as an Artist Management and Promotions Intern at Majestic Theater, where she honed her skills in artist relations and promotions. Subsequently, she was a Marketing and Events Intern at Daytrotter, gaining further insights into event coordination and marketing.

During her academic years, Hillary gained early experience as an Event Planning Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, indicating her passion for organizing and executing successful events.
