Hillary Lannan is a highly experienced recruiter in the advertising industry with a diverse background in talent acquisition, teaching, and marketing. She earned a degree in English from the University Of The Pacific and has studied at Dos Pueblos High School and Mountain View Elementary School.

After graduation, Hillary pursued a career in advertising and marketing recruitment and has been associated with several renowned organizations such as Self, R/GA, Fluid, Elephant, and Pereira & O'Dell in various roles.

Apart from recruiting, Hillary has also served as a teacher at Miami Ad School-San Francisco and as a navigator and enrollment manager at Miami Ad School. She has worked extensively in creative recruitment and sourcing, social media management, and events management.

In her recent roles, Hillary has worked as a freelancer, including stints as a creative recruiter at Uber, AKQA, and EVB, and as a design recruiter at MUH-TAY-ZIK - HOF-FER.
