Prior to this, he was a founding member at Round, a company that focuses on building effective digital solutions. As a Lead Software Engineer at Round, Florin was responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring their successful implementation.

Before his involvement with Round, Florin held the position of UX & UI Architect at Blueprint Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in technology solutions. In this role, he brought together his technical and design expertise to create intuitive user interfaces and seamless experiences. He also served as a Lead Software Engineer, UX/UI at Blueprint Technologies, where he led the development and implementation of software solutions while prioritizing user experience.

In this role, he applied his technical skills and design expertise to improve the user experience of educational tools and platforms. Prior to that, Florin worked as a Software Developer at Lynden Incorporated, where he developed software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
