Hernando Otero is an accomplished international arbitration and mediation attorney with extensive experience as an arbitrator, mediator, and counsel of record. He serves as an adjunct professor of arbitration and mediation at the Washington College of Law (WCL) and is a Fellow with the WCL Center on International Commercial Arbitration in Washington D.C.
