Hernando Bunuan

Hernando Bunuan is an accomplished venture capitalist and investment banker, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of Z2Sixty Ventures, a venture capital firm that focuses on early-stage investments from pre-seed to Series A. His career spans over 20 years in both venture capital and investment banking, with significant experience in the U.S. and Europe. He has a strong background in advising and investing in technology-driven companies across various sectors, including ClimateTech, FinTech, Digital Health, and EdTech.123

Before founding Z2Sixty Ventures, Bunuan was also the Founder and Partner at Adykai Ventures, where he focused on supporting early-stage founders. His previous roles include working at Barclays, where he executed major M&A and IPO transactions valued at over $40 billion, and at Needham & Company, where he was part of the technology M&A team. He began his career as an accountant at KPMG.145

Bunuan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He has been active in alumni leadership, notably serving as the President of the UK Alumni Club for seven years and organizing significant events for alumni and industry leaders.23
