With a background as a high-performing project executive, Herman has held various strategic roles, leading successful large-scale business and IT transformation programs in the banking and financial sector.

His expertise includes Big Data Analytics (Cloudera and Talend), Advance Analytics with Real-time Integration, SAP HR Systems, Digital Solutions, Workflow BPM, Robotics, Loan Origination Systems, Cloud-based Solutions, IFRS9, Fraud Detection Systems, and more.

Herman Homogin pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems at San Francisco State University and completed his Bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management at Hawaii Pacific University.
