Henry Weaver has had a progressive career spanning various key roles in the startup and innovation ecosystem. With a Bachelor of Laws degree from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, Henry has developed a strong foundation for his diverse professional journey. Over the past four years, he has exhibited substantial growth, transitioning from an Experience Manager to the APAC Head of Community at Fishburners. In this capacity, Henry has been instrumental in forging strategic partnerships between startups and key stakeholders like VCs and corporates within the APAC region, fostering an environment conducive to startup acceleration and success. His current role as the Head of Community has allowed him to delve deeper into activities such as mentoring programs, venture capital engagement, tech recruitment advisory, corporate innovation agendas, and governmental consultations on tech innovation and strategy. Moreover, Henry's strategic acumen is evident in his collaborations with C-Suite executives and board members to shape the future direction of Fishburners, along with overseeing the growth and management of the community team across APAC.
