Henry Majed is a social entrepreneur who adopts a systems approach to address challenging social issues like mental health & wellbeing, climate impact, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
He is the Co-founder and CEO of MyMynd, an acclaimed digital health platform dedicated to enhancing mental health & wellbeing by facilitating early intervention and supporting individuals to boost their resilience and overall well-being.
Prior to his role at MyMynd, Henry spearheaded Innovation Gateway, a collaborative initiative among major global corporations aimed at tackling the climate impacts of buildings and the built environment.
With a rich background in strategy and commercial leadership, Henry has held key positions at renowned companies such as Mars, Johnson & Johnson, and Twentieth Century Fox. He has also provided advisory services to notable organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO).
As a Visiting Fellow at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Said Business School, University of Oxford, Henry is actively involved in leading programs on systems leadership, resilience, strategy, innovation, and Climate/SDGs for MBAs and senior executives.
In addition to his academic achievements, which include a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and an MBA in Strategy & Innovation from the University of Oxford, Henry is a mentor to impact businesses and entrepreneurs, a sought-after keynote speaker, and a prolific writer on the topic of 'Leading for Resilience.'
