• Infrastructure (Network, Telcom, Data Center Operations, Desktop Computing, Mobile Computing).
• Active Directory, SharePoint, LANDesk, Scrutinizer, Netbackup, Data Protector, Windows server 2003/2008, Windows XP/Vista/7, Terminal Server, DNS/WINS/DHCP, Blackberry Enterprise Server
• Servers, SAN Storage, Working knowledge of VPN, understanding of network devices like routers, switches, SAN Storage, VMware, Linux Administration, Cisco Phone system, WAN/LAN architecture,  DR replication tools like EMC RecoverPoint
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Achieve SLA for IT Products and Services on an area of responsibility
• Maintain desktop and server patching
• Maintain the backup software and hardware devices
• Performs Backup and restore procedure as necessary to support the Junior Analyst
• Monitor & control backup & restore processes  as necessary to support the Junior Analyst
• Maintain hardware and software inventory on an area of responsibility
• Monitor & control capacity & performance of physical devices on an area of responsibility like barcode readers, printers, UPS and desktop/laptop
• Collaborates and works with IT Cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and direction.  
• Respond to alerts and escalations when outside the office and during non-office hours in supporting Mission Critical Systems.
• Promote proactive support actions to prevent errors reoccurring.
• To contribute to the production of standard configurations, documentation, and procedures in order to streamline processes and produce efficiencies. 
• Ensures completeness and effectiveness of documentation to comply with global IT documentation standards and policies.
• Provides weekly status reports, Data Center Operations and incidents reports as the need arise.
• Undertake other duties that are considered to be within the general scope of the post, as required by the Operations Manager.

Help users to solve their software problem after migration from Win XP to Win 7. Backup data, user profile, software configure, email (Lotus Notes), SCCM, USMT...etc. Schedule some departments and NAS to migration.
