Henrique MSc is a Brazilian and Portuguese citizen with over 15 years of experience in B2G and B2B complex sales, international marketing & sales, business development, public affairs, regulatory lobbying, and in high-value technical sales. He has achieved much success in the Space, Aerospace, Defense, Telecommunication, Embedded Software, Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM), Radars and Oil & Gas markets. Henrique has a masters degree in Mechatronics from UNICAMP and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. He has been the Senior Manager of Sales Business Development at Mynaric and previously held positions at IACIT, Safran Electronics & Defense, and OPTOVAC. Henrique was also a Board Member at the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo and has broad networking at public and governmental levels, senior corporate executives in large business segments, high-ranked military officers, federations, institutions, and research agencies. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English and French and has an intermediate level in German. His expertise lies in successfully creating and implementing strategic business actions to transform cutting edge technological leadership into long term market leadership. Henrique has a solid set of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication abilities, and is experienced in bid and tenders management, funding and financing model development, and reducing prospect resistance for the adoption of new technologies. He possesses the ability to develop broad networking along the "buying chain," conduct effective business negotiations, intergovernmental agreements, and other forms of cooperation between states.
