Henrique de Campos is a talented and passionate agilista, coach, facilitator, and speaker with over 16 years of international experience in a range of change-related roles. Henrique is driven to innovate and improve with agility and focuses on delivering value with a collaborative and energetic attitude. Henrique studied International Business and Ancient History, Biology, Chemistry, English Literature, Portuguese, and Spanish at Royal Grammar School - High Wycombe. He founded HC3, a company that provides consulting and training services on agile practices, innovation, and process improvement. He worked as an Associate Consultant at ILX Group, Learning Tree International, QA Ltd, The Knowledge Academy, and RARO Project Training Center. He was the Subject Matter Expert for translations at AXELOS Global Best Practice and worked as a Process Improvement Consultant at Enzen.

Henrique is passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills with others and has served as an International Business Trainer, Project Manager, and Business Trainee Coordinator at APMG-International. He is also a creative producer and musician, bringing a creative and adaptive approach to his work. Henrique's areas of expertise include agile practices, innovation, process improvement, leadership, and business development.
