Henrik Tingwall is an accomplished Executive and Senior Advisor who has already achieved many significant accomplishments in his professional career. He has honed his skills and experience from over 15 years of having worked as a consultant for various clients such as SEB, SBAB, ICA, IncClub, Systembolaget, Fritidsresor, SJ, and others. Tingwall was the Director of Digital and Customer Loyalty and later the Director of Sales E-Commerce at Apoteket, one of Sweden's leading Pharmacy chains, where he was responsible for increasing their E-commerce sales to approximately 1 billion SEK and managing the company's Customer Loyalty program/CRM, which had over 2 million members. Tingwall has many advisory assignments and speaker engagements, including keynote speeches and panel discussions at Nordic e-Commerce Stockholm, E-tail Nordic Copenhagen, and Dagens Handel Retail Forum Stockholm, to name a few. Tingwall Studied Civilingenjörsexamen, Maskinteknik/Industriell ekonomi at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Currently, he is Project Manager at SJ AB, developing new customer offerings.
