Henrik Ebeling is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in product and software development. His career journey began as a developer creating customized solutions for various clients, and he progressed into leadership positions such as project manager, product manager, R&D branch head, and CTO.

In 2010, Henrik established Recoplan, a company focused on resource coordination and planning, which revolved around a planning software product. Subsequently, he transitioned his focus to spearheading mobile app projects for prestigious corporations like SJ, SAS, and ICA. One of his notable achievements includes overseeing the development of the award-winning SAS mobile app for both Android and iPhone platforms during his tenure as Head of Mobile at SAS.

Henrik Ebeling's expertise lies in customer experience enhancement, user-friendly service creation, and product development, particularly in the realm of mobile apps, APIs, and partner integrations. His specializations encompass a wide range of areas including product ownership, project management, agile software development, DevOps, Scrum methodologies, resource optimization, planning, scheduling, and the transportation sector involving air, rail, and marine industries.

He pursued his academic journey by earning an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a major in Optimization from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, undertaking a Master Thesis focused on Optimization at the University of Florida, and delving into Computer Science studies at Uppsala University.

Throughout his career, Henrik has held significant roles at various organizations, serving as a Product Manager at Epidemic Sound, Managing Director at Recoplan AB, Chief Technology Officer at ICA Gruppen, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines), Technical Project Manager at SJ AB, Manager R&D Sea Terminals, Manager Applications Development and Operations Research at Jeppesen, and also fulfilling roles as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Project Manager at Jeppesen.
