Henk van Kessel is a seasoned Service Delivery manager with over 25 years of experience in the information technology and services industry, specializing in network and security domains. He has held various positions such as technical consultant, project manager, incident/problem manager, and service delivery manager across multiple organizations.

During his career, Henk has demonstrated proficiency in Business/ITIL Processes, Service-Level Agreements (SLA), Global Delivery, IT Service Management, and IT Strategy, consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. He is known for his strong motivation, perseverance, ability to navigate complex situations, and proficiency in financial matters.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from HTS Eindhoven and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology.
