Prof. Heng Wang is a distinguished academician known for his expertise in China and (de)globalization, trade and investment law, China's Belt and Road Initiative, and central bank digital currency (CBDC). He holds the position of Co-Director at the Herbert Smith Freehills China International Business and Economic Law (CIBEL) Centre and the Tsinghua-UNSW Joint Research Centre for International Commercial and Economic Law (JCICEL) at the University of New South Wales.
Prof. Wang's extensive research contributions have been recognized globally, with him being invited to speak at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Oxford University, and the WTO Headquarters.
